I like to lead my life in a healthy way, in balance with my human nature, I have a wonderful son, who came into the world at my early age, which from birth taught me to be an empowered woman, full of convictions and to know how to face the adversities that life presents you. On a personal level, I like to exercise, the time / quality with my loved ones, eat intelligently and enjoy the various ways of eating, taking into account the reality of our daily life, where we often cannot eat at home.
I graduated as a surgeon in 2010, throughout my professional experience, I have noticed that the people who mostly use consultations are those who, for different reasons, are those who cannot cope with everyday life situations, generating stress, anxiety, separations, duels, divorces, depression, and different actions that can become habits incompatible with the balance of health.
Concerned about these topics, I have kept myself updated on various health topics such as: digestive diseases, endocrinological diseases of hormonal origin, the ideal diet in cancer patients, food myths, patients with polypharmacy and issues of functional action.
