I studied medicine because I always felt passionate to help people. During my years studying medicine, I realized that I was very attracted to oncology so I decided to focus my studies on breast cancer. What really motivates me is treating my breast cancer patients and helping them maintain a good lifestyle. I don’t believe in breast mutilating surgeries, instead I believe in using oncoplastic techniques that can allow the patient’s breast to be kept. When treating my patients, I always take into consideration how important their breasts are to them and I always try to help my patients feel comfortable with their body and image.
